After, I explained that his support supplier piled all around my bed, and also the things underneath my bed, billed me an outrageous cost and that they were running a promotion for servicing a house/yard much bigger than mine for $135, he offered me service for 1/2 of everything I was charged ($485), but would not honor the promotion.
I think Tim felt good about his offer. I obviously didn't, and remain an unhappy customer. I told Tim if my employees treated people and supplied service how Stanley had done, I'd have given my services away free of charge and done anything necessary to correct the issue. .
