UPDATE #1: I want to upgrade this post. Tim, a Director, from Stanley phone me this afternoon to let me know he wanted me to become a happy customer. After, I explained that his support provider sprayed all around my bed, and the things underneath my mattress, billed me an outrageous cost and that they had been running a check that promotion for servicing a house/yard much bigger than mine for $135, he provided me service for 1/2 of everything I had been charged ($485), but would not honor the promotion.
I think Tim felt good about his deal. I obviously didn't, and remain an unhappy customer. I told Tim when my employees treated people and supplied service the way look at this now Stanley had done, I'd have given my services away free of charge and done anything necessary to correct the problem. .
UPDATE #2: Another upgrade. . .Tim only called back and said he felt bad about the way I had been treated all day and wanted to honor the promotion cost for $135. It's actually kind of Tim to reconsider. I hope Stanley invests in training its employees on client support and being good citizens.
